Reporting of Recoupment for Overpayment on the Remittance Advice (RA)

This article was revised on April 25, 2011, to correct a statement on Page 2 that stated the RAC must report a recoupment in two steps. Actually, it is the remittance advice that reports the recoupment in two steps and the article has been corrected accordingly.
